No major feedback on the product, It’s good material and fit is also nice, just the image is too pixelated so if that can be fused.
However the overall customer experience of a cod order without any confirmation or tracking or revert to customer service mails just makes it difficult to even understand if an order is placed and also to trust initially whether the product may arrive or not so update of order confirmation anddelivery tracking could help - Thankyou!

Currently, all COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp, and customers can reach out on the same number for any order-related updates. In addition, tracking details are shared via email as well as WhatsApp/SMS once the order is shipped. Customers can also log in to their account on our website to view real-time tracking information.
If you did not receive any of these updates, we will investigate the issue and ensure that such errors do not occur from our end.
